“Prima facie any damages to which Tele2 Ireland was entitled fell to be assessed as the amount which, but for the termination of the Agreement, would have been payable to it under the agreement until it could lawfully have been terminated, less the amount saved by not having to perform its own contractual obligations. If it sought to sub – contract the contractual obligations in question, one would suppose that the sum which would have been saved by not having to perform those obligations would have been whatever amount did not have to be paid to the sub – contractor”
