‘9. Although the Mail on Sunday has been informed that the Claimant has been interviewed under caution, the Mail on Sunday does not intend to publish that allegation. It is prepared to give the Claimant advance notice of no less than 24 hours' notice if it decides in future to publish anything about the interview. 10. For the avoidance of doubt the source of the Mail on Sunday’s information about the interview of the Claimant is a confidential source who is neither employed by nor connected with the police or the Serious Crime Agency. 11. The article to be published by the Mail on Sunday (provided the current court order is discharged or varied) will make it clear that no person has yet been charged and no person employed by Company A has been arrested.’
