“The objectors have put forward a number of grounds in support of their objection however all have been found to be groundless other than their argument that the Director did not have authority to act on behalf of the Company in selling the Property in view of the appointment of Law of Property Act receivers. “A person is entitled to exercise owner's powers in relation to a registered estate or charge if he is— (a) the registered proprietor, or (b) entitled to be registered as the proprietor.”
“The effect of these provisions is that a disponee of registered land is entitled to assume that the disponor has the power to make the disposition to him, unless there is something in the register that places a limit on the disponor’s powers.
