[1]Covid-19 pandemic: description of hearing This has been a remote video hearing which has been consented to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was V:CVP . A face-to-face hearing was not held because it was not practicable, no one requested it and all issues could be determined in a remote hearing. The remote video hearing took place on 8 January 2021. The Respondent provided a combined digital bundle of 641 pages (the Combined Bundle) and a Supplemental Bundle of the Applicant’s additional authorities of 124 pages (the Supplemental Bundle). DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine this application and the proceedings are therefore struck out pursuant to Rule 9(2)(a) of the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber) Rules 2013 (“the Rules”).
