(2) The application … must state the reasons why the administrator is seeking an extension. (5) Where the court makes an order extending the administrator’s term of office, the administrator must as soon as reasonably practicable deliver to the creditors a notice of the order together with the reasons for seeking the extension given in the application to the court.”
