"At the Pre-Trial Review a direction should be made which ensures compliance with the indispensable requirement inFPR PD27A para 4.3(b) of provision of an agreed statement of the issues to be determined at the final hearing. To the statement of issues must be attached: a. an agreed schedule of assets on which any unagreed items must be clearly denoted; and b. an agreed chronology on which any un-agreed events must be clearly denoted". ii) For cases allocated below High Court level: a) Paragraph 15 of the Financial Remedy Protocol requires that: "

"The principle of need requires consideration of the financial needs, obligations and responsibilities of the parties (s.25(2)(b); of the standard of living enjoyed by the family before the breakdown of the marriage (s.25(2)(c); of the age of each party (half of s.25(2)(d); and of any physical or mental disability of either of them (s.25(2)(e)"
"Most of these needs will have been generated by the marriage, but not all of them. Needs arising from age or disability are instances of the latter."
