[1]The claimant succeeds in her claims for unfair dismissal and breach of contract by the respondent.

[3]No basic award being payable, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a compensatory award for unfair dismissal and damages for breach of contract in the total net sum of £4,433.52.
