“Order that the interlocutor appealed from be reversed in so far as it disallows the second exception, and also in so far as it finds the pursuer entitled to three-fourths of his expenses: Allows the second exception; and declare the occasion of the writing of the letter of8th December 1913 , forming the schedule to the the issue, was privileged; quoad ultra with this declaration, affirm the interlocutor appealed from and remit to the Court of Session”—and allowed the appellant the expenses of the appeal.
