“Settled property” is by the definition clause, section 23, defined to be property comprised in a “settlement,” and a “settlement” is defined to be “any instrument, whether relating to real or personal property, which is a settlement within the meaning ofsection 2 of the Settled Land Act 1882 , or if it related to real property would be a settlement within the meaning of that section, and includes a settlement effected by a parole trust.”
