“Considering that Thomas Graham, some time of Balgowan, now deceased, did, in and by a certain deed of entail, executed by him and John Graham his son, which is dated the 17th day of February and 9th day of June, 1726, and duly recorded in the Register of Entails, kept at Edinburgh, upon the 30th day of December in the same year, settle and secure, by way of strict entail, his lands and barony of Balgowan, and others in the county of Perth.”
