Application to alter the register to remove part of the Applicants-™ drive from was within the registered title to Respondent's neighbouring land, a village green. Application on mistaken basis that title plans indicated precise boundaries - parties had agreed and proceeded on the basis that the Applicants-™ title plan indicated that they did not own the land in dispute.
