[1]The Appellant lodged an appeal using the GRC1 form on 20 March 2026. The appeal was incomplete as the Appellant did not provide a copy of the decision notice he sought to challenge and he had not signed or dated the form GRC1.[2]By Directions and email dated 23 March 2026, the Appellant was required to provide the full decision notice and return it within 14 days.[3]By Directions and email dated 30 April 2026 the Appellant was required to provide the full decision notice by no later than 14 May 2026.[4]The Directions dated 30 April 2026 stated:
“The Appellant is asked to note that failure to comply with the direction above could lead to the Tribunal striking out this appeal for failure to comply pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a) of The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009 without further direction.”
