[1]The Appellant lodged an appeal using the GRC1 form on 30th March 2026. The appeal was incomplete as the Appellant did not include a copy of the decision they sought to challenge.[2]By Directions issued on 1st April 2026 the Appellant was required to provide a copy of the decision to the Tribunal within 28 days.[3]By Directions issued on 30th April 2026 the Appellant was ordered to provide a copy of the decision by 14th May 2026 and was warned that failure to comply with the Direction could lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal.[4]The Tribunal has received no further documents or correspondence from the Appellant.[5]The Appellant has failed to comply with the Direction and there are grounds to strike out the appeal pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a), failure to comply.
