[1]The Appellant lodged an appeal using the GRC1 form on 23 December 2025.[2]The Appellant has failed to comply with directions dated 26 February 2026 requiring the submission of a Case Management Questionnaire, and with directions dated 24 April 2026 requiring the submission of a Certificate of Compliance. The Tribunal has no record of correspondence from the Appellant responding to these directions in any way.[3]By Directions dated 15 June 2026 the Appellant was directed by 26 June 2026 to provide a completed certificate of compliance to the Tribunal.[4]The Appellant was directed to note that failure to comply with the Direction could lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal for failure to comply without further notice.[5]The Appellant failed to comply with the Direction dated 15 June 2026 and accordingly there are grounds to strike out the appeal.
