CONSENT ORDER
[1]In place of the Monetary Penalty Notice issued by the Commissioner, the Tribunal substitutes a Monetary Penalty Notice in identical terms, save that the amount of the monetary penalty shall be £250,000.[2]Otherwise, the Appellant’s appeal is dismissed.[3]There shall be no order as to costs.
