"This appeal be set down for a full hearing on one ground of appeal only, namely: That the Employment Tribunal failed to direct itself and/or to have regard to the consideration that discrimination withinsection 1(1)(a) of the Race Relations Act 1976 and victimisation within section 2 does not require proof of a conscious motive or intention, but may be committed by the alleged discriminator either consciously or unconsciously. All other grounds of appeal are hereby dismissed."
