[1]APPEARANCES For the Appellant NO APPEARANCE OR REPRESENTATION BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE APPELLANT For the Respondent MR C WRIGHT (Director) MR JUSTICE NELSON The question has arisen as to whether there are any further appeals arising out of the decision made by the Employment Tribunal on review and then re-hearing of a decision of 13 November 2001.[2]Having considered the matter and had the help of Mr Christopher Wright, a representative on behalf of The Pig Pub Company, present, we are satisfied that nothing further arises out of either the Employment Tribunal hearings and we are also satisfied that there is nothing outstanding in front of the Employment Appeal Tribunal and no further matter to determine.[3]The proceedings are therefore concluded. The Appellant, Mr March, has had notice of this hearing but has not attended and is not here today. We therefore make it plain that there is no further matter to be adjudicated and the matters are now all concluded.`
