[1]APPEARANCES For the Appellant THE APPELLANT NEITHER PRESENT NOR REPRESENTED JUDGE COLLINS This is the preliminary hearing of an appeal against the decision of an Employment Tribunal that Mr Henry's complaint of racial discrimination was out of time and that it was not just and equitable to extend time and also against the decision that his claim for unfair dismissal was one in relation to which there was no jurisdiction because he had not been employed for a year.[2]In his Notice of Appeal signed by himself on 27 June Mr Henry alleges:(1) The Tribunal fail to exercise discretion under Section 68 of the Race Relations Act(2) The Appellant was not given an opportunity to state his case.(3) The Tribunal in failing to allow the Appellant to state his case erred in law.[3]It is now 12.20. Mr Henry has not appeared to support his appeal. The Stockwell and Clapham Law Centre who appeared to have been acting before have not appeared and it has been impossible for the Court staff to contact them. In those circumstances we dismiss the appeal.
