[1]APPEARANCES For the Appellant MR TERENCE RIGBY (of Counsel) Instructed by: Messrs Gorna & Co Solicitors Virginia House Cheapside King Street Manchester M2 4NB JUDGE PETER CLARK Having heard the oral submissions of Mr Rigby on behalf of the Appellant in this case, and considered the Skeleton Argument, we think that there are matters raised which cannot properly be dealt with other than at a full inter partes hearing.[2]In these circumstances we shall permit the matter to proceed to a full hearing on the grounds of appeal presently set out in the Notice of Appeal. We shall direct that the Chairman be asked to provide his notes of the evidence given by both the Appellant, Mr Sankey and Mr Acton, for the Respondent, before for the Employment Tribunal.[3]The case will be listed Category C, 4 hours time estimate. There will be an exchange of Skeleton Arguments between the parties, not less than 14 days before the date fixed for the full appeal hearing. Copies of those Skeleton Arguments to be lodged with this Tribunal at the same time.
