(2) in ignoring the absence of any evidence of a proper consultation/selection process for redundancy.

[2]There were four engineers at the "Crown Agents" site: the Appellant was the only one apparently made redundant, and this despite the fact that the "Crown Agents" contract did not come to an end and was renewed.
