On that occasion the Employment Tribunal considered that it did not have jurisdiction to hear Mr Turay's complaints because they had been presented out of time.[2]There is a complex history to the employment relationship between Mr Turay and the Respondent. The analysis of the Employment Tribunal was that it had come to an end on 25 th August 2000 or possibly some four days after that. If that were right, then the finding that the complaint were made out of time would no doubt have been correct.[3]However, we are satisfied that there are arguable grounds for appealing against that finding. They are more succinctly set out in Mr Rahman's skeleton arguments than they were in the Notice of Appeal. We shall not go into detail about the grounds of appeal. Sufficed to say that we are satisfied that they are arguable. They may or may not succeed.[4]We shall direct that this matter be listed in category B, that the Appellant's grounds of appeal are amended within 14 days to bring them in line more with Mr Rahman's skeleton argument. That the time estimate is one day and that the usual direction as to skeleton arguments apply.
