This is an appeal by PPP/Columbia Healthcare Ltd against a decision of an Employment Tribunal, promulgated on 14th October 1998, when an applicant succeeded in circumstances where the Employment Tribunal found that the construction of the contract of employment proffered by the employer was not one which it accepted.We think that there is a point of law arising on this appeal which we consider arguable and will therefore allow it to go to a full hearing.
