"I believe I have been subjected to unlawful sex discrimination contrary to theSex Discrimination Act 1975 in (a) Ms Touhy's allegations, which would not have been made against a gay woman; (b) the conduct of my employers of the disciplinary process and the decision to dismiss me rather than Ms Touhy."
