"The appellant was employed by Elmbridge Borough Council until25 May 1993 and had no disciplinary record whilst working there. In the circumstances of this case, it is felt that Mr Hirst was unfairly dismissed."
"I refer to the Tribunal's Order made at the hearing on8 November 1995 confirmed in writing by Decision on12 December 1995 . A Chairman of the Tribunals has asked me to write to you.
