DECISION
Covid-19 pandemic: description of hearing This has been a remote video hearing which was not objected to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was V: CVPREMOTE. A face-to-face hearing was not held because it was not practicable and all issues could be determined in a remote hearing. The documents before us were in a bundle of 66 pages, plus an email from the Applicant dated 8 May 2021.[1]The appeal is allowed, to the extent that the Tribunal determines that the appropriate financial penalty in this case should be reduced to £9102.86.[2]The appeal has been partially successfully, so the Tribunal determines that the Respondent should reimburse the Applicant 50% of his application and hearing fees, namely a sum of £150.
