“3.5 Regarding the projects specifically referred to in the Sheppard Emails, there are four projects which are not yet underway. We have put a block on those, which means we have told our staff not to do any work on them and we will tell the clients we cannot do this work. 3.6 There are three projects referred to in the Sheppard Emails which are underway. These need to be continued. This is because it would be hugely problematic for the clients to stop the projects mid-way, as they would suffer financially and it would cause significant delay for them. 3.7 There are also certain clients (i.e. homeowners or developers) or contacts (i.e. introducers such as architects or builders) mentioned in the Sheppard Emails but without any specific projects referred to. In relation to these, we have investigated and identified that there are 28 projects from these individuals which are not specifically referred to in the Sheppard Emails. Of these 28 projects, 17 are not yet underway and we have put a block on those, which again means we have told our staff not to do any work on them and we will tell the clients we cannot do this work. The remaining 11 projects are underway and therefore need to continue for the reasons outlined at paragraph 3.6. 3.8 We are also going to search for the Confidential Emails and for any other documents which have been created from or as a result of the Confidential Emails on our systems and devices. We will not be able to do this by next Monday1 February 2021 , but we are making this a priority and will do it as soon as we possibly can. We will agree to delete these documents from our systems and devices but will not do this until we have agreed how to do this with Stroma.”
