‘the court will make its own assessment of each of [the social work] professionals. We submit that they all came across as committed and caring professionals who were striving to ensure that C was safe’ and later ‘the evidence does not support a finding that C was constantly being reassured by professionals that what she was saying was true... In any event ultimately it does not matter what those professionals believed, it only matters what this court finds to have happened on a balance of probabilities.’
