“It seems that the respondent is deliberately seeking to evade service”
“8(1). Unless paragraph (2) applies, the Respondent must immediately (within 48 hours) of service of this order and to the best of her ability inform the Applicant’s solicitors of all her assets held in England and Wales exceeding£1,000 in value whether in her own name or not and whether solely or jointly owned, giving the value, location and details of all such assets. 8(2). If the provision of any of this information is likely to incriminate the Respondent, she may be entitled to refuse to provide it but is recommended to take legal advice before refusing to provide the information. Wrongful refusal to provide the information is contempt of Court and may render the Respondent liable to be imprisoned, fined or have its, her or his assets seized 9. Within ten (10) working days after being served with this order, the Respondent must swear and serve on the Applicant’s solicitors an affidavit setting out the above information.”
“Where there is a continuing failure to disclose relevant information, the court should consider imposing a long sentence, possibly even the maximum of two years, in order to encourage future co-operation by the contemnor”
