‘The fact that [under rules 10.148-10.149 IR 1986] the Trustee’s costs of legal proceedings are payable out of the estate determines the source from which the funds will come. It does not, in my judgment, remove the normal role of the court as regards the costs of legal proceedings conducted before it.’
