Full particulars cannot be derived from disclosure to date, but the benefits include the cash sale of stone, tiles, wood and other reclamation assets from demolition sites operated by HPL, and/or Prospect Farm when it was occupied by HPL and/or Claywheels Lane and/or Cliffe House Farm."
