‘The district judge conducted a balancing exercise in the correct manner. No matter was ignored which was relevant to the exercise. No irrelevant matter was considered. The appellant has no dependents in the UK. He has been here for 5 years and has been in work. He has a partner, though there is some question over the nature and durability of that relationship. To that extent he has established a private life. It does not begin to outweigh the factors favouring extradition.’
