"... even accepting that neither of these things made it unreasonable for the CPS to test the appellant's case at an oral hearing, it seems to me that the CPS must for its part accept that it was no less reasonable for the appellant to stick to her guns. And it was the appellant who, however narrowly, was vindicated."
