[1]MR JUSTICE TURNER: I am willing to extend this period by five months to 14 December 2013 and I order that accordingly.[2]MR HAMLET: My Lord, I am grateful. The only other matter is that of costs. I will invite that the defendant bear the costs of this application, as indeed she has on previous occasions, because again, due to a lack of engagement this could not be consented to.[3]MR JUSTICE TURNER: Yes.
