Judgment
[1]MR JUSTICE WYN WILLIAMS: In this case the applicant seeks an extension of the interim suspension order imposed upon the respondent on 13 April 2011. The period of extension sought is 4 months. I have considered the skeleton argument prepared on behalf of the applicant and I have read the witness statement of Bnar Salar-Macaj dated 20 September 2012, together with the exhibits. On the basis of all the information available to me I am completed satisfied that it is appropriate to make the order, and I do so.
