[1]MR GLASGOW: I appear for the GMC. Dr Beshir is not here nor is he represented.[2]MR JUSTICE CRANSTON: He is still in Sudan as far as you know. A serious case.[3]MR GLASGOW: The last we heard was on 23 December when he indicated he wanted his name removed from the register and would not co-operate and would not be returning.[4]MR JUSTICE CRANSTON: I have read the papers. The explanation he gives for having used those prescription forms does not seem to be very strong and it's a very serious matter. So you can have the 12 month extension.[5]MR GLASGOW: Has my Lord seen a copy of the costs schedule in this matter?

MR JUSTICE CRANSTON: I haven't.
