“[JK] was due to be collected by the social worker at 8:30am. [JK] normally leaves home at 7am to go to school. An unknown number contacted [JK] at before he had left the house. I answered the phone and I heard [the father] … I then seen a message from the unknown number pop up on [JK’s] phone however it disappeared quickly. When I checked [JK’s] WhatsApp, I could not see the message and therefore I asked [my daughter] if she could have a look on the phone to see if she could find it. [My daughter] then informed me that the messages from the unknown number are password protected. I asked [JK] if he could come down and show me the messages and he provided me with the password”
