“Separate consideration The essential difference between the two counts are the persons said to be put at risk and it may be that the counts stand or fall together, i.e. that your verdicts on each count will be the same. However, it does not necessarily follow that they will be and although you are entitled to look at the whole of the evidence when considering each of the two counts, you must give each count and your verdict on each count careful and separate consideration.”
