“[K] stated that she had lied about the evidence she gave at trial at the time. She stated that [the appellant] did not force her into doing anything and that a knife was not used. She stated that [the appellant] did not make any threats towards her. When questioned about whether [the appellant] had a knife on him, she replied that she thought he had because everyone “back in the day” carried a knife. However, she could not confirm whether she actually saw it. In any event she said it was not used to force her into having sexual contact with [the appellant]. When asked why she wanted to take this step she replied that she was older now and wanted to “move on”
