"Notwithstanding any rule of court to the contrary, no document, other than a record of an order, held by the court and relating to proceedings to which this Part applies shall be disclosed, other than to – b. a party c. the legal representative of a party d. the children’s guardian e. the Legal Aid Board, or f. a welfare officer or children and family reporter g. an expert whose instruction by a party has been authorised by the court, without leave of the judge or district judge."
