"Shoulder movements have not improved at all, so that she cannot comb her hair, tie an apron, etc. and she gets pain at the limits of movement. Elbow flexion is limited by 10°, extension by 30°, forearm rotation by 45°, i.e. there has been improvement in the elbow. Wrist and hand movements remain full, the grip is now slightly weak"
