REASONS

[1]The claimant brought a claim seeking payment of wages for 25 hours’ work.[2]The respondent entered a response in which it confirmed payment of 24 hours had been made to the claimant.[3]The tribunal wrote to the claimant asking him to confirm whether payment had been made and if so, to confirm the claim could be withdrawn. The claimant did not respond.[4]The tribunal, in the day prior to this hearing, made efforts to contact the claimant, but received no response.[5]Ms Stamper joined the hearing today and confirmed payment had been made to the claimant. The respondent had been contacted by ACAS to advise the claimant ETZ4(WR) was seeking payment of one further hour. The respondent made payment of this sum on the 13 February 2026.[6]The
