Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment, for the monetary parts of the claim only, on the available material under rule 22:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £776.28 gross (61.61 hours, hourly rate: £12.60).[2]The respondent failed to provide a written statement of employment particulars in terms of section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,198.46 gross (four weeks’ pay based upon an average of monthly hours worked of 23 hours per week inclusive of overtime) 22 January 2026
