JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints of:a. unlawful deduction from wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996,b. failure to provide payment in respect of accrued annual leave on termination of employment under regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998;c. Breach of contract at common law in respect of failure to provide notice of termination of employment;d. Failure to provide a written statement of key employment particulars under section 38 of the Employment Act 2002; ande. Unfair dismissal under section 100 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 are successful.[2]The respondent is accordingly ordered to pay compensation to the claimant as follows:a. £3,326.77 in respect of unlawfully deducted wages and failure to pay accrued annual leave;b. £549.45 in respect of breach of contract through failure to provide notice;c. £1,098.90 in respect of failure to provide a compliant written statement of employment particulars; andd. £879.14 in respect of compensation for unfair dismissal, such sums being calculated on a gross basis and therefore subject to reduction in respect of any lawful deductions. ____28th May 2026 _____
