Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 22: The respondent shall pay the following sums to the claimant:[1]The respondent has unlawfully withheld wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of Two Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Two Pounds and Ninety Five Pence (£2152.95) (As per Wages Slip).[2]The respondent having failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of One Thousand and Seventy Six Pounds and Forty Eight Pence (£1076.48) (Confirmed in e-mail dated 30 November 2024).[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages of 1 month’s pay to the claimant in the net sum of Two Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Two Pounds and Ninety Five Pence (£2152.95) (As per Contract of Employment).[4]The respondent having failed to pay agreed expenses is ordered to pay the net sum of Two Hundred and Ninety Nine Pounds and Seventy Pence (£299.70) (Confirmed in e-mail dated 30 November 2024).
