JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s name is corrected to its legal name of Circet (UK) Ltd.[2]The Claimant’s wages claim under s.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed on withdrawal.[3]The Claimant having accepted that he was employed by the Respondent for less than 2 years, the Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal under ss.94-98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed.
