Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 22: The respondent shall pay the following sums to the claimant:[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the claimant and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of Seven Hundred and Nine Pounds and Thirty One Pence (£709.31).[2]It is understood that the sum awarded is that referred to in the Claim Form, and that no income tax or national insurance contributions are due thereon, such that the payment is to be made without deduction. 8 October 2025
