[1]The claim against the first respondent is unsuccessful and is dismissed;[2]The second respondent failed to provide the claimant with itemised pay statements throughout his period of employment;[3]The claim against the second respondent in respect of unlawful deduction from wages is successful and the second respondent is accordingly ordered to pay the claimant the sum of One Thousand, Six Hundred and Seventy Pounds and Fifty Pence (£1,670.50) equalling the gross value of the wages unlawfully deducted.
