30 The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant a basic award of TEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS (£10,150) and a compensatory award of SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY ONE 35 POUNDS AND SIXTY FIVE PENCE (£7,281.65).
