JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment. The respondent shall pay the claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY-TWO POUNDS STERLING AND FORTY PENCE (£15,422.40).
