Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 22: The respondent shall pay the following sums to the claimant:[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and the respondent shall pay to the claimant a monetary award in the sum of £7413.20. (basic award £1030.34,compensatory award £6382.86 (past loss £3783.96,future loss of 43 week x £43.42 (Difference between £420.44-£377.02)= £1867.06, Pension Loss £231.84 and Loss of Statutory Rights £500.00). The claims against the 2nd & 3rd Respondents are dismissed (Amani Plastics Limited 2. and TDL UK Network Limited).
